American Lien, Inc., founded in 1990 in San Jose, realized there was a need for physicians to recover denied and uncollected worker’s compensation claims. Our statewide team of experts specialize in California Worker’s compensation law and in the recovery of closed files dating as far back as 5 years from insurance companies. |

What We Do. - Making "Work Comp" Worthwhile.
We provide a thorough review of each closed file/ closed case- in- chief. We examine billing, Bill reviews/objections, UR reviews, medical- legal reports, appeals, treatment requests, front-end intakes, phone logs and other pertinent information regarding the case. We offer FREE training and or consultations to our clients and staff regarding billing inquiries, UR reviews or any other important/relevant information regarding the case. Our training is on-going and focused on the process of workers compensation authorization, documentation and collection. We are committed to assisting our clients in determining whether their insurance denials or reductions are valid.
